Email us or use the form below. We're a small team and we reply within one business day.
You're in the right place. Use the form below, or email support@zaptrain.com. If you're signed in we'll see which account you are, so there's no need to describe it.
Contact the business that sent it — their email address is on the payment page and in the invoice email. They set the amount and the terms; Zaptrain only provides the page they pay on, and we can't see, change or refund a payment on their behalf.
Tell us. Anyone can sign up and send invoices through Zaptrain, so if one looks like an impersonation or a scam, don't pay it — send us the payment link and we'll investigate the account behind it.
Pick “Reporting a suspicious invoice” in the form, or email support@zaptrain.com.
Install Lexe, create a client credential with the Receiver role, and paste it into Settings. Zaptrain checks the credential and refuses anything that could spend from your wallet.
In your Lexe wallet already. Zaptrain never holds your funds: payments settle straight from your customer to you, so “Paid” on the dashboard means the sats have landed. Open the Lexe app to see the balance.
No. Lightning payments are final, and because we never hold the money we have no way to pull one back. To refund a customer, send them the amount from your Lexe wallet yourself.
Lightning payment requests last 30 minutes; the payment page issues a fresh one as soon as the customer reloads it, so ask them to open the link again. That is separate from the invoice's own expiry date, which you set and which runs to the end of that day in your timezone.
One percent of each invoice that gets paid, and nothing else — no monthly fee, no charge for unpaid invoices. Lexe's receive fee comes out of that 1%, so it is not added on top.
Ask us below or email support@zaptrain.com and we'll handle it. The Privacy Policy sets out what we hold and for how long.
