Biography : Cecilia is a contemporary dancer/aerialist turned health and wellness professional (ACE CPT, ACE GFI, RYT 200). She has over 25 years of training in a wide variety of movement styles. Cecilia’s classes focus on discovering alignment, elongating the spine, working through the body as an integrative whole, and finding movement efficiency through the recruitment of smaller muscles. She is dedicated to helping her students discover their mind-body balance and inner power.

My Approach : My classes are a conglomeration of cardio, strength, stretch, and mindfulness techniques to help you show up as your best self, physically and mentally.
Why Train With Me : For the first decade of my dance training, I was instructed to perform movements without any indication of how I was supposed to execute them. This way of learning created unsustainable habits and led to many painful injuries. I made it my mission to explain the how’s and why’s of every exercise to increase body awareness, movement efficiency, and confidence. I design my classes to suit YOUR unique body so you can feel good from the inside out.
